Three cars two lanes

Driving home yesterday stuck behind a Nissan micra that was going slower than slow. I decided to overtake the car with the lady on the phone.
I crossed the white line and speed up but my sluggish smart car didn't go quick enough, only to be followed and over took by a boy racer in a spanking new Case IH (MX 135) tractor.
He was practically on the hard shoulder (on the opposite side of the road). But luckily for us all the road was clear, and he thundered past he must have been doing an unmerciful speed compared to mine.
Damn people who follow roads signs blindly they cause more accidents than any one else.

Come to think of it, the previous road sign was a bit odd...
